Class Completion Policy

100% attendance is required for all classes. Students must complete all learning activities, hands-on exercises, and certification exams when required. Students must receive a minimum passing score of 70% on the multiple-choice exams to pass the class and receive the course completion certificate or certification when required. Students are allotted one hour to complete the closed-book exam.

Students who do not pass the end-of-course exam will be given a second opportunity to retake the exam when a similar course is scheduled. Students who do not successfully pass the exam a second time will have the option of registering for another construction training course at a reduced price of 50% of the original course fee. Students are allowed six months from the original class date to retake the exam. After six months, students will be required to pay the full price to retake the class.

Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate from A. G. Johnson Consulting LLC with the class name, date, training hours, and CEU credit. Participants will receive a course completion certificate or certification card from the certifying agency within 90 days. Cards will be mailed to the address supplied by the student. A. G. Johnson Consulting LLC is not responsible if the card is lost in the mail.

Identification

Valid photo identification must be presented at the beginning of each course. Accepted forms of ID include: driver's license, state ID, passport, Green Card, work/school ID, or any other ID that contains a student's picture and full legal name. Course completion materials will be released to a student once the identity of the trainee is verified. This information will not be shared or distributed. Any information will not be disclosed to any other parties and will be strictly maintained for office use for verification purposes. The Director of Training will make the final decision.
